Registration fees and payment

SOHOMA 2021 registration instructions

For each accepted paper one author (n.b. not necessarily the author who has submitted the paper) should register, pay the fee (for physical or on line participation) and present the paper. Authors who registered for two papers are entitled to pay only one fee. 

.Please, note that the inclusion of the paper presentation in the conference program and the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings are subject to :

• the registration and payment of at least one of the authors
• have completed the Springer Consent to Publish: Model Contract Book Contributor Consent to Publish with the requested information (names of authors, e-mail addresses, institutional addresses, corresponding author, title of your paper), signed and uploaded it (My space => My submissions => Edit=> Files=> Supplementary data)  by October 30.

What is covered by the fee?

Regular (academic staff) and Company registrants**: the registration fee includes access to SOHOMA’21 technical sessions, Springer Book Proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, Gala dinner and some optional social events

Ph.D. Student registrants*: If at the time of registration the registrant is a Ph.D. student at a certified academic institution, she/he may register at student rate. The registrant will be required to provide evidence of full-time Ph.D. student status. This registration fee includes access to SOHOMA’21 technical sessions, Springer Book Proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, Gala dinner and some optional social events.

Extra costs

– Over-length page fee: 50 € per page in excess of the 12-page allowance

• For payments by purchase order, you just have to send the formula chosen for your laboratory (number of registrations, names, role...) to audrey.soulier@mcocongres.com. An estimate will be sent back to you very quickly with the bank details to be able to order.
